Since 1998, Olive + Gourmando has been an Old Montreal institution, for locals and tourists alike. Owned and operated by Dyan Solomon and her business partner, Eric Girard, this charming corner café and restaurant has played an integral role in the evolution of Montreal’s food scene, helping shape the gastronomic landscape.

In Solomon’s much anticipated cookbook debut, she shares over 150 of her favourite recipes, including those that have made, and continue to make, Olive + Gourmando the place that it is today.
